4. Obtaining your consent

  • When you first visit, a banner explains the categories we use and lets you Accept All, Reject All, or Customise.
  • Non-essential cookies (preferences, analytics, ads) are off by default until you grant opt-in consent.
  • You can withdraw or change consent anytime via Cookie Settings in your account menu.

5. How to manage cookies

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Helpful links:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and site data
  • Firefox: Options → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari (iOS/macOS): Settings → Safari → Advanced → Website Data
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies & site permissions → Manage cookies

Blocking essential cookies may break core functions such as logging in or tracking exam progress.

6. Third-party cookies

Some lessons embed YouTube videos or Canva presentations. These services may set their own cookies once you press “play.” We have no direct control over those cookies; please review their respective policies.

7. International visitors

If you access the site from jurisdictions with extra requirements (e.g., EU GDPR, UK UK-GDPR, California CCPA), our banner and opt-out tools aim to respect those rules by:

  • separating strictly-necessary cookies from everything else,
  • collecting explicit, granular consent, and
  • honouring “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where technically feasible.

8. Updates to this policy

We may revise this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in cookies we use, regulation or technology. We will post any changes on this page and update the “Last Updated” date. Significant changes will trigger the banner again so you can review the new information.
