  • If a user fails the Civil Service Exam twice within the 18-month access period, they may request a refund.
  • To qualify, users must provide official proof of exam results for both attempts.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within the 18-month access window.
  • Deductions will apply to cover:
    • Credit card or payment processor fees (e.g., PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, bank transfer charges)
    • Website maintenance and administrative costs
  • These deductions will be clearly itemized during refund processing.
  • The net refund amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Note: We reserve the right to deny a refund request if any part of this policy is not met.
